1. Digital Supplier Access Only

CreatorCash sells digital supplier access only.

Your purchase may include supplier contact information, ordering instructions, supplier notes, and related digital sourcing information.

CreatorCash does not manufacture, sell, store, ship, distribute, print, handle, or fulfill physical prop currency, novelty currency, replica currency, imitation currency, or any physical products.

No physical product is sold or shipped by CreatorCash.

2. What You Receive

When you purchase from CreatorCash, you receive digital access to third-party supplier information, which may include:

• Lifetime access to the supplier information, unless otherwise stated on the product page

Delivery is digital only and may occur by email, download link, customer account, order confirmation page, or another electronic method.

3. Third-Party Suppliers

Suppliers listed in CreatorCash materials are independent third parties.

CreatorCash does not own, control, operate, employ, represent, certify, or legally verify any supplier.

Any purchase, communication, payment, shipment, dispute, refund, or transaction between you and a third-party supplier is strictly between you and that supplier.

4. Intended Use of Supplier Products

Supplier products, if purchased directly from a third-party supplier, are represented as prop or novelty currency intended only for lawful uses such as:

• Stage productions
• LARPing
• Display, novelty, and entertainment purposes

Supplier products are not intended to be used as genuine money, passed as genuine currency, deposited, exchanged, spent, used in commerce, used to deceive, or used for any fraudulent purpose.

5. Important Currency Disclaimer

CreatorCash does not sell physical prop currency.

Based on supplier-provided descriptions, supplier products may be designed to appear realistic on camera or from a distance but should contain clear differences from genuine U.S. currency upon close inspection.

These differences may include:

• Commercial paper instead of genuine U.S. currency paper
• Standard commercial ink instead of security ink
• “For Motion Picture Purposes” or similar markings
• “Not Legal Tender” or similar markings
• Modified portraits, seals, borders, artwork, names, dates, slogans, and serial numbers
• Removed or modified security features

CreatorCash does not guarantee that any supplier product complies with any specific law, regulation, platform rule, production requirement, or customer use case.

6. Customer Legal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, federal, and international laws before contacting any supplier or purchasing any physical product from a third party.

This includes laws related to:

• Imitation currency
• Currency reproductions
• Filming and media use
• Importing and customs
• Possession, storage, display, resale, and use

You agree not to use CreatorCash, supplier information, or any third-party product for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

7. Strict Prohibited Uses

You may not use CreatorCash, our website, our digital materials, or supplier information to:

• Buy, sell, create, obtain, pass, or distribute counterfeit currency
• Attempt to use prop currency as real money
• Deposit, exchange, spend, or transfer prop currency as genuine currency
• Defraud, mislead, scam, or deceive any person or business
• Misrepresent prop currency as legal tender
• Use supplier products in illegal transactions
• Resell, leak, publish, share, or redistribute CreatorCash supplier information
• Harass, threaten, spam, or abuse suppliers

Violation of this section may result in order cancellation, access termination, refusal of future service, and cooperation with payment processors, platforms, banks, or law enforcement where appropriate.

8. No Legal Advice

CreatorCash does not provide legal advice, compliance advice, law-enforcement advice, currency-law advice, business advice, or production-clearance advice.

Any information on our website or in our digital materials is provided for general informational purposes only.

You should consult a qualified attorney before purchasing, possessing, using, filming, displaying, importing, reselling, or distributing any prop or novelty currency.

9. No Guarantees

CreatorCash does not guarantee:

• Supplier response times
• Supplier pricing
• Supplier inventory
• Supplier product legality
• Supplier product compliance
• Supplier shipping times
• Supplier delivery
• Supplier refund approval
• Supplier product quality
• Supplier markings or design accuracy
• Successful orders from suppliers
• Business results, profits, savings, or outcomes

Supplier information may change at any time. CreatorCash may update supplier information at its discretion but is not required to monitor suppliers continuously.

10. Digital Delivery and Access

Digital delivery is considered complete once access is made available to the email address, account, download page, or order confirmation connected to your purchase.

You are responsible for entering the correct email address and checking spam, junk, and promotions folders.

Failure to read the product page, checkout notice, order confirmation, or digital delivery instructions does not change the nature of the product purchased.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because CreatorCash sells digital supplier-access information that may be viewed, copied, saved, or used immediately after delivery, all sales are generally final once access is delivered.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in permanent refusal of service.

13. License to Use Digital Materials

When you purchase from CreatorCash, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased digital supplier information for your own lawful personal reference only.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, leak, share, sublicense, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit CreatorCash materials without written permission.

14. Intellectual Property

All CreatorCash website content, product descriptions, supplier-access materials, text, branding, designs, graphics, and digital files are owned by CreatorCash or licensed to CreatorCash.

Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of CreatorCash intellectual property.

15. Order Refusal and Access Termination

CreatorCash reserves the right to refuse, cancel, refund, limit, or terminate any order or access at any time if we believe there is fraud, misuse, illegal intent, policy risk, payment risk, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms.

We may also refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

16. Assumption of Risk

You understand that prop currency, novelty currency, imitation currency, supplier sourcing, online purchasing, customs, filming use, display use, and resale may involve legal, financial, business, and regulatory risks.

You voluntarily assume all risks connected to your use of CreatorCash information and any actions you take after purchase.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

CreatorCash, our website, and our digital materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorCash disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, legality, supplier reliability, and suitability for your intended use.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorCash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

CreatorCash is not liable for losses connected to:

• Third-party suppliers
• Supplier products
• Supplier communications
• Supplier shipping
• Supplier refunds
• Legal or regulatory issues
• Customs issues
• Misuse of prop currency
• Payment disputes
• Business losses
• Lost profits
• Customer misunderstanding after clear digital-product disclosure

CreatorCash’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to CreatorCash for the specific digital product giving rise to the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreatorCash, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, fines, liabilities, chargebacks, disputes, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your communication or transaction with any third-party supplier
• Your purchase, possession, use, resale, display, import, or distribution of any third-party product
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your violation of these Terms

• Your claim that you believed CreatorCash sold physical products despite our digital-only disclosures
