This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from CreatorCash through [pepconnects.shop].
By purchasing from CreatorCash, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital Supplier Access Only
CreatorCash sells digital supplier access only.
Your purchase may include supplier contact information, ordering instructions, supplier notes, and related digital sourcing information.
CreatorCash does not manufacture, sell, store, ship, print, distribute, handle, or fulfill physical prop currency, novelty currency, replica currency, imitation currency, counterfeit currency, or any physical products.
No physical product is included with your purchase.
2. No Returns
Because CreatorCash sells digital information only, there is no physical item to return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
3. All Sales Final After Digital Delivery
All sales are final once digital access has been delivered or made available.
Digital delivery may occur through email, download link, customer account access, order confirmation page, digital file, or another electronic method.
Once access is delivered, opened, viewed, downloaded, copied, saved, or made available, the product is considered fulfilled and non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in limited situations, such as:
- You were charged more than once for the same product by mistake.
- You accidentally purchased duplicate access to the same supplier product.
- You did not receive digital access due to a verified technical issue.
- We are unable to provide access to the digital product you purchased.
- The wrong digital product was delivered and we cannot correct the issue.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Approval is not guaranteed and is reviewed case by case.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued because:
- You changed your mind.
- You expected physical prop money.
- You thought CreatorCash sold or shipped physical products.
- You did not read the product title, description, checkout notice, or policy pages.
- You no longer want or need the supplier information.
- You found similar supplier information elsewhere.
- You do not like the supplier’s prices.
- A supplier does not respond to you.
- A supplier changes pricing, inventory, contact details, policies, or availability.
- A supplier refuses service.
- A supplier’s shipping time is longer than expected.
- A supplier’s physical product does not meet your expectations.
- You have a dispute with a third-party supplier.
- You are unable or unwilling to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
- You intended to use supplier products for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
6. Third-Party Supplier Disclaimer
CreatorCash only provides digital access to supplier information.
Any physical prop currency, novelty currency, replica currency, imitation currency, or related product purchased after receiving supplier access is sold, shipped, and fulfilled directly by the independent third-party supplier.
CreatorCash is not responsible for third-party supplier products, pricing, inventory, quality, legality, markings, designs, shipping, delivery, refunds, customer service, or business practices.
Any issue involving a third-party supplier must be handled directly with that supplier.
7. Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, you are responsible for understanding that:
- You are buying digital supplier access only.
- No physical prop money is sold or shipped by CreatorCash.
- CreatorCash does not guarantee supplier results.
- CreatorCash does not guarantee supplier product legality or compliance.
- You must perform your own due diligence.
- You must follow all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
- Prop or novelty currency must never be used as real money or for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
By completing checkout, you confirm that you understand what you are purchasing.
8. Access Issues
If you do not receive your digital access, contact us at [support email].

- Your full name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Description of the issue
Before requesting a refund, you should check your spam, junk, promotions, and alternate inbox folders.
If we verify that access was not delivered due to a technical issue, we may resend access, provide corrected access, provide replacement access, or issue a refund at our discretion.
9. Supplier Updates and Replacements
Supplier information may change over time.
CreatorCash may update, replace, or modify supplier information at its discretion, but we are not required to continuously monitor suppliers, guarantee availability, or provide refunds because a supplier later changes contact details, pricing, inventory, policies, or availability.
If a supplier access issue occurs shortly after purchase, contact us and we may review the situation.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact CreatorCash before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a dispute is filed after digital access has been delivered, CreatorCash may provide the payment processor, bank, card network, or dispute-resolution provider with evidence including:
- Product page disclosures
- Checkout disclosures
- Order records
- Digital delivery records
- Download or access records
- Email records
- Customer communications

Filing a payment dispute after receiving clearly described digital supplier access may result in denial of future service.
11. Fraudulent Orders
We reserve the right to cancel, refund, refuse, or limit any order if we believe it involves fraud, unauthorized payment use, payment risk, chargeback risk, misuse, illegal intent, or violation of our Terms of Service.
